The January Challenge

Your CHALLENGE is to follow this diet perfectly for the remainder of January.  That is a little over two and a half weeks.  I will be posting recipes, meal ideas, snack ideas, and ways to help you around your work schedules.  I will be doing it with you but I need you to share your comments about how you feel, what you like, what you don't like, and any results you're experiencing.  Good Luck!

  1. I am going to try to follow the diet for the rest of January. It will be hard since I will be traveling for about a week. I will let you know how it goes.

  3. I've been trying to follow the plan mostly already... One question though, if I am working out every day do the number of carbs I eat at each meal stay the same?

  4. Idio I am excited to hear how your trip goes. It is a lot harder to stay on top of everyting when you are away from home and eating out. But it can be done! Yesterday we went to the Training Table... and even though a salad would have been my best option I decided I couldn't skip out on a burger and fries. I ended up spliting a meal with my husbands and drank water. Can't wait to hear from you!

  5. CBS- Yes your carbs should stay the same even if you are exercising. In fact my counselor encouraged exercising for at least 20 minutes a day while on the diet. Sadly I am not consistent enough to exercise everyday but I try to fit in 35 minutes 2-4 times a week.
